Vlair's public website uses no tracking, analytics or marketing cookies. We do not follow your behaviour across other websites and we do not share visit data with advertising parties.
Only cookies that are technically necessary for the website to work properly may be placed. No consent is required for these cookies.
If you pick a language yourself with the language switch in the footer, we place one functional cookie named vlair-locale. This cookie is never placed on an ordinary visit, contains only the two-letter language code and is kept for one year. We use it solely to serve you that same language on a later visit. It is a technically necessary preference cookie, for which no consent is required.
If Vlair does start using cookies that require consent in the future, we will update this cookie policy and ask for that consent before those cookies are placed.
Browser storage in the Valuation App
The information below concerns the Valuation App for signed-in users. This is a different environment from the public website described above; the statements about cookies on the public website remain unchanged.
The Valuation App stores the data below locally in your browser through localStorage or sessionStorage. In so far as this data is linked to your identity or your work, it may be personal data. These are not cookies and the data is not shared with third parties.

Browser storage never contains access or session tokens, signed URLs, supplier data packages, document or photo files, or extracted data about the property being valued.
The Valuation App deletes data from browser storage as soon as the retention period expires. Data linked to your identity is also deleted when you sign out or when the signed-in identity changes. Data linked to a valuation file is likewise deleted as soon as your access to that file ends.
