Privacy statement for access requests

When you contact Vlair, we collect your first name, last name, email address and telephone number. You can also leave a message of at most 2000 characters; that field is optional and you decide entirely for yourself what you write in it.

The form has no consent checkbox and, when you send it, does not refer to this privacy statement either. We record your request with a note that you agree; that note rests on this statement and not on a notice shown to you beside the form. If you do not agree with that, please let us know through the contact address below.

We use these details to contact you about Vlair, to understand your situation and to assess manually whether access is appropriate. A request does not create an account automatically.

To handle your request we send a notification without your contact details to authorised Vlair administrators. Confirmations and sign-in messages contain only generic text and the data needed to deliver the message or to sign in securely.

For these emails we use Resend. Resend processes the recipient's email address, necessary message content and delivery metadata in the United States. According to Resend's public documentation, email data is kept for 30 days on standard plans. The retention period for backups and the options for deleting individual message data are still being verified.

In the start bar you can temporarily type a property address to open the request window. This address stays in your browser only, is cleared when the window opens, and is neither sent along nor stored. In the request we do not ask for valuation documents or valuation file contents, not in the message field either. Only share such data once a suitable working arrangement is in place for it.

We keep leads for as long as they are commercially relevant or until you ask for deletion or correction. To do so, contact the Vlair team at the usual contact address.
